as the custom pet shaped pillow is diffrent from the square pillow ,it has no fixed shape,so the measurement method of its size is also different from that of the squre pillow. the lengths of the customized pet pillow we show are calculated on the longest side of the pet pillow.pillows are vacuum comressed durring transporation,so some creases are inevitable .but as long as you pat the pillow many times after receiving the pillow,so that the pp cotton of the filling inside is fully stretched,the pillow will return to a fluffy and soft state.
