Description
3D felted pet portraits are the art works most like your furbaby. With the help of the needle felting technique, our artists create the 3D portrait of the same shape, fur color and texture as your pet's.
How to customize
Share some cute pictures of your dog. I need clear, high-quality photos. Send anything you like and feel, showing your favorite details. Frontal sitting images are best (three different angles or more) or you can contact us directly at 001@customgiftshow.com
- Material: The main material is the natural hair of sheep, llama and camel; Polymer clay and glass (nose, tongue, eyes)
- Replaceable frame: You can replace any frame of similar size that you like.
- Size: Frame height 8.5 inches, pet height about 7 inches(The products are all manually measured, and some products have some errors)
- Delivery time: Order about 1 months
Payment
50% of the total price as deposit to pre-order; the rest 50% to be paid before shipping.

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 12 to 15 business days. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Returns:

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
